Our customer had a pipe that was above ground for the sump pump drain from the house and froze up causing flooding in the basement. We removed the water damaged drywall, carpet, pad and replaced the drywall and the night before I was about to put the first coat of mud on the wall the sump pump failed this time due to improper installation and thankfully I was there soon enough to extract the water before it caused more damage and was able to get the sump pump fixed. During the rainy/flood season make sure you check your sump pumps and have some kind of back up to let you know if it fails. Thank you so much for using us!
